Exhibit Policies
Each vendor is allowed up to two booth spaces, which can be separate or combined.
Double booth spaces are reserved for sponsors first.
Booth sharing is permitted, so feel free to contact us to discuss arrangements.
Exhibitors are required to be on the exhibit floor both days and for the duration of the festival.
All displays and exhibits must adhere to Chicago fire ordinances.
Please ensure that your displays do not block the line of sight to adjacent booths.
Any attachment to walls or ceilings requires permission from the Copernicus Center.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booth space, please submit a written notification to the Chicago Tea Festival by January 20, 2025. You will receive a full refund in this case. After January 20, 2025, exhibitors forfeit 100% of the cost of the assigned exhibit space.
